This system can scales from simple visitors registration software with a visitor sticker printer that is placed at a company's reception area, to a large scale networked and integrated visitors registration system for a trade show like the COMEX or a large scale conference like the IMF-Worldbank conference.

For company visitor registration purposes, information like name, company, purpose of visit, name of host, contact number, location / area restriction etc. can be captured in the system, and desired fields to be printed on the visitor sticker or tag can also be easily selected.

Additional items like barcode can be printed on the tag to allow access to certain area with barcode scanner access control or be time stamp upon scanning.

For exhibition and trade show visitor registration, the visitor's name, company, address, area of interests, contact number, email etc can be captured. The Entry pass may be printed either on a card to be wore with a lanyard or a sticker to be pasted on the visitor shirt.
