System Support Technician

Responsibilities
  • To perform incoming and outgoing calls coordination by liaising with customer and in-house staff.
  • Installation and commissioning of car park system.
  • Provide start-up training to users.
  • Trouble-shooting and maintenance of car park system
  • Trouble-shooting and maintenance of network system
  • Liaise and work closely with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems
  • Project Management
  • Ensuring total Customers Service satisfaction
  • Rotating 24/7 standby duties
Requirements
  • Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent and 1 year experience in service line.
  • Possess good communication skills and presentations skill with good command of English.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in networking, servicing and maintenance works.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Able to interact with all levels of people.
  • Able to work under stress.
  • Applicants should be Singaporean Citizens or Singapore PR.
  • Training provided.
  • Possess class 2 or 3 license.
